Clean and cozy with all the comforts of home! This tiny home has a private bedroom with a queen bed, plenty of storage and an option to convert the dining table to a single bed. The kitchen is equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, cooking and dining basics. The bathroom includes towels and basic toiletries. Heating and air conditioning make this sweet tiny home is comfortable no matter the season.

Our guests let us know that they prefer their own private space with convenient parking, in a relaxed setting such as ours, instead of the big box experience at any hotel. Our property is private, and conveniently located one mile outside of the city of Columbia, Kentucky. Lindsey Wilson College, great fishing, watersports, hiking, and sight-seeing are all minutes from our location. Our mission is to provide a warm and inviting space for a memorable experience.

No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our cabins, houses, or tiny homes. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs within the premises. Pet-friendly policy: We welcome guests traveling with pets to our accommodations. Please ensure your pets are well-behaved, supervised, and cleaned up after. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Cleaning and damages: Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as they found it.
